Covid Safe Ticket (CST)

At check-in, you will be asked to present a Covid Safe Ticket (CST) or a negative CPR test. You will not be asked to do this again during your stay. Only in case you take a seat in the bar.

As a customer, you are not obliged to wear a mouth mask in the hotel.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Flexible reservations

All flexible reservations booked directly (via the hotel website, by phone, or email) can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

Non-refundable reservations

Your reservation cannot be cancelled and is therefore non-refundable.
